4DResult.info is a free, ad-supported lottery results statistics website. We are content publishers and do not sell physical goods or paid services.

1. Voluntary Donations

If you support us via our Buy Us a Coffee programme, all contributions are voluntary donations and do not constitute a purchase of goods or services. You receive no tangible product or paid membership in exchange.

2. Non-Refundable by Default

Coffee donations are non-refundable once submitted. We use the funds to cover server costs, domain renewals, SSL certificates, and continued development of the site.

3. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If a technical error caused a duplicate charge, an unintended amount, or a payment you did not authorise, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with the following details:
· The email or name used at payment
· The Billplz transaction ID or receipt
· The date and amount of the charge
We will review and, if confirmed, refund the duplicate or unauthorised portion via the original payment method.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed by Billplz within 5-14 working days. We are not responsible for delays on the bank or e-wallet side.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks may result in additional fees from the payment processor; resolving the issue with us directly is faster and friendlier.
